Music Video and 2 photography shoots. ANOTHER busy weekend

Sorry for the late admission but its been crazy as hell again this weekend. Started with my Friday night of another night of long music video editing, this time i was continuing on working on Khidar video which is almost finished, well 50% at least.... I hope anyway lol

Saturday morning woke up @ around 8:30am after going to bed at 2am i had to get my gear together to shoot U.R.M Music video. This was a Big video and shot on 3 different locations, i think at least 50-60 people showed up. And that's alot of people to move to 3 different locations, but we got it done.

Thanks for all the people who came out and supported the group and me as a the director/video producer.

After that me and the misses spent some QT time together @ Olive gardens, i swear on the ride home i was so tried i wanted to fall asleep driving, but of course i didn't, i had to stay alive for Sunday shoots lol.

Woke up Sunday around 8am, my 1st shoot was at 10:30.

As my re-shooting my whole entire port, im in the process to gather more male models. I started out with my long time school Homie Zo. Zo has the build that makes me want to get my fat as back in the gym, im going to get there i swear i am, one day, just today is not the day. Here is a unedited sneak peak of one of the shots from the shoot.

After wrapping up Zo's shoot back to the studio to meet with up and coming R&B superstar Danarian Taylor. Its no doubt in mind D is going to blow the hell up crazy, talking bout talent. Singing and dancing he's got the whole package. Here is a sneak peak of a UNedited picture from our shoot today.

So now im crazy beat to death tired lol, but it was all worth it. Thanks for checking out the blog and supporting LovisLov, its been a hell of a journey and its alot more to do and adventures to go.

What a busy weekend...Got alot of things done

Whoooaaah, finally weekend is over, had a blast and got alot of things done, alot of projects completed and a few started. After a full night of editing Friday till like 2:30am Saturday morning, i woke up at 8:30 to start getting prepared for my 1st shoot at 10:30. My favorite MUA (make up artist) Freda Adams met me at the house to start make up with our 1st model Jade. 

 Now let me tell you about Jade, this girl has a really good chance of making it in the world of modeling. She a really good listener and follows direction really well. She has the prefect look, and a smile to die for, im sure if she keeps on the right track your going to see her in alot of print ads and commercial placements in the future. Just remember where you saw her 1st :-)

After a good shoot, pack up and head back to the house and prep for the next shoot with Mia.

While Freda and Mia is doing the make up work im in the studio room working on a graphic design project in Photoshop for a up coming clients Party. 

After make up is done, i stop the editing and pick up the camera for the beginning of the next shoot.

 I know for sure i better not EVER hear any of my photographer friends complain about space any more. But never the less we got that the shoot done and the results are banging. Stay turned for the pics after editing.

Finished up a few other small projects and now im here typing this blog out.

So now people when you are wondering what the hell im doing if i miss a phone call, text or a message, its not that im avoiding you, im probably doing just doing something. Or I could just be avoiding ya :^)

The things you can do with a iphone these days...AMAZING

Im really impressed by the things you can do on a iPhone these days. A good friend of mines AJ went out with me on a photo shoot and was like what what i can do with the phone. As i was shooting the model he was recording me on his iPhone 4, after a while i completely forgot he was recording. The next morning he showed me this video posted. This was ALL shot and EDITED on his phone, EVERYTHING, no addition equipment.

Paid Assignments only!!!!?????

I swear i don't understand how models on MM can have that on their profiles and have a port that looks like utter shit. Ive seen models with less than 2 shoots in their port list it. Models with bathroom mirror shots list it, you gotta be shitting me (no pun intended).  If you want to be paid as a model then you need to display a product (you) that is worth paying. If i see your entire port has the same damn facial expression on every picture it makes a easy pass for me. Check out a message i had with a model on there a while ago.

This is a model who put out her own casting call for a shoot, she has her port listed as "paid only" and when it gets responded to she cant even provide a ride for for own self... What a fucking joke. The convo goes on to asking for a ride and how its not but such and such distance from me, but that's not the point. If your putting out there that your a professional you need to carry yourself like one. Needless to say this shit got super passed on.
